We prioritize based on business goals. Misalignment can occur resulting in missed targets and goals.


Execute (Evidence Based Learning)

We learn and continue to iterate. We believe in the evidence-based approach. Throughout the organization, it's how we make decisions quickly and with confidence.


KISS is an acronym for "Keep it simple, stupid" as a design principle noted by the U.S. Navy in 1960. The KISS principle states that most systems work best if they are kept simple rather than made complicated; therefore simplicity should be a key goal in design and unnecessary complexity should be avoided.

  2. Does what we're doing fail? Yes - then abandon it immediately and try something else.
